Dale Served as EVP Strategy and Transformation for the largest academic teaching hospital system in Canada. Dale was the Global CIO for two multinational corporations based in Paris France and Berlin Germany. Dale has an MBA and has had two appointments as an Adjunct Professor in Graduate studies in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Diponkar Banerjee, MBChB, FRCPC, Ph.D, is the Chief Medical Advisor. Dr. Banerjee has a career in pathology leadership spanning over 40 years. He is well published in cancer research and regarded as a thought leader in the Pathology field. Dr. Banerjee is also certified as a Lean Management Leader for process redesign in healthcare.
Russell is a serial-entrepreneur, with experience in product management and the deployment of enterprise level AI, data and information management solutions. He brings operational experience in data center, colocation and cloud-based deployments, and has a history of assembling high-performing teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions and products.
Eli is a serial-entrepreneur and CTO with over 35 years of experience. Eli has a Masters Degree in Mathematics. He has led the development of mission-critical clinical applications (Partners Health Care), AI/ML-based analytics for non-structured data, and the current development of AI-enhanced medical imaging. Eli holds several patents in the data modelling /data surfacing space.
Baxter Garcia, Ph.D
Chief Biomedical Engineer
Baxter has more than 30 years experience in industrial R&D, academic teaching and research, and free-lance consulting in IT and healthcare. His post-graduate research involved adapting ultrasonic imaging technology to analysis of solid tissue. He went on to co-found a company developing 3D stereoscopic video display technology for use in minimally-invasive medical procedures. He received a patent for development of a PC-based system for real-time conversion of video from 2D into 3D that was compatible with existing medical scanners.
